Personnel Action Form

Electronic Personnel Action Form (E-PAF´s) is a web based tool that allows authorized users to submit request for hire and change notices in an electronic format from any internet capable device. The E-PAF eliminates the need for a paper form; creates more efficient movement / sharing of information; and allows authorized users greater monitoring capabilities:


*Hint: Same user name and password used for logging into your computer*

Please note, all new / rehires to the college must make an appointment with the appropriate contact person (see below) in OHR to complete the onboarding process.

  • For Full Time Teaching & Non-Teaching Instructional (Professor, Lecturer, CLT, HEO) please contact Violet Bube for an appointment.
  • For Part Time Instructional (Adjuncts) please contact Callistra Thomas or Janai Wigfall for an appointment.
  • For Classified Staff (CA / IT titles / Campus Security / B&G) please contact Callistra Thomas for an appointment.

For technical issues:

  • Logging into the EPAF system
  • System not displaying correctly on the browser
